1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Veer Fitness, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Membership Rules & Conduct

Members must follow all gym rules, respect staff and other members, re-rack weights after use, and wear appropriate athletic attire. We reserve the right to revoke membership without refund for continuous violations.

3. Health Warranty

You represent that you are in good physical condition and have no medical reason or impairment that might prevent you from your intended use of Veer Fitness facilities. You engage in physical activities at your own risk.

4. Billing & Payments

Memberships are billed according to the plan selected. Recurring memberships will auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the billing date. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Modifications to Service & Contact
